The Discover My Desk program is a unique way for AdFarmers to spend a day with a fellow employee learning about their role and day-to-day activities. The goal would be to help develop an understanding of a coworker’s daily routines; their demands, processes, and challenges in an effort to provide a clear picture as to how each employee is connected and how they contribute to the greater success of the company.
This program would ideally help provide a broader view of how AdFarm’s different departments function, strengthen working relationships and create a more efficient workspace.
